Biography

BraYzil, a native of Palm Bay, FL by way of Hartford, CT, is living her dream. The 5’10, 135 lbs. diverse model is well on her way to becoming a recognized name amongst some of the industry’s top photographers, stylists, designers and show producers. As a young woman with the ability to adapt to any scene, BraYzil is continuously sought after for hair and fashion shows, commercials, promotional shoots, editorials and more.

BraYzil has had the opportunity to work with some of the who’s who of fashion and style including fashion expert and event producer Coltrane Curtis (MTV, G-Unit Apparel, Kim Kardashian, Nick Cannon), make-up artist Lena G. (P. Diddy, Essence Fest, Elle Girl Magazine), designer Gloria Del Rio (Glamour, In Style, Ebony, Cosmopolitan), and photographer Shinobi (BET, Melyssa Ford, Young Jeezy, Big Tigger). BraYzil has ripped the runway for Tanqueray and Fashion Week, as well as worked events for Duante Culpepper and Ozone Magazine. Among the many, BraYzil has a burning desire to work with Matthew Jordan Smith, Markus Klinko, Philip’e, Vera Wang, Donatella Versace, Kimora Lee Simmons, Tyra Banks, Pat McGrath and Jay Manuel.

As she continues her journey, BraYzil looks to influential women including her mother, Maya Angelou, Oprah Winfrey and Tyra Banks, for her inspiration. BraYzil, born Brandi Jordan, realized her passion for modeling at a young age, often participating in pageants and local fashion shows. She has since dedicated half of her time and efforts toward her modeling career. The other half was spent pursuing her education and degree in accounting. BraYzil recognizes that it is necessary to have other skills to complement the beauty. Therefore, she plans to utilize her accounting skills to enhance her modeling career.

In her spare time, BraYzil enjoys working out, playing instruments, writing poetry, and networking. She has also mastered skills in creating gift baskets and floral arrangements; designing clothes; and styling hair. BraYzil is a total package; and strives to continuously enhance herself. She is a dedicated member of The Sunshine Leo’s Club and volunteers with The American Cancer Society, Coalition for the Homeless, Make A Wish Foundation, B.A.S.E Camp, and many more.
